Hello ALL;

The DNV Parks Department is pleased to provide you notice of and invite you

to attend a Public Information Meeting for the William Griffin Artificial

Turf Field project. The meeting will be held on Tuesday May 1st, 2001 from

7:00 - 9:00pm at the William Griffin Recreation Centre - Edgemont Room (851

West Queens Road). Please place this meeting in your daytimers now.

There will be information on the conceptual field proposal available for

viewing.

DNV Staff and our consultant team will be available at the meeting to answer

all questions related to such items as turf selection, drainage,

environment, parking and access, lighting, circulation and the

operations/management of the proposed facility.

Please RSVP, by responding to this e-mail, your intention as to whether you

will be in attendance at this Public Information Meeting. We are looking
