FONVCA Home Page FONVCA
The Federation Of North Vancouver Community Associations was established in 1993. Our mandate is to improve the quality of life in our neighbourhoods. Furthermore, the Federation is a forum for the common concerns of member associations and its purpose is to strengthen these organizations through the sharing of information and experience. Full autonomy of each Community Association is to be maintained. The members are encouraged to meet the criteria as jointly established among the member associations and the District of North Vancouver. With some exceptions (eg. months of July/August) the members meet monthly on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7pm. Meetings are held at the district hall located at 355 W. Queens Rd, North Vancouver, B.C. V7N 4N5 and last 2-3hrs. Details on membership and procedures can be downloaded in pdf format. Please consult the FAQ for answers to some of the common questions. You can readily email FONVCA or phone Brian Platts (604-985-5104) for further information.
